The inexorable slide into winter continued and despite relatively benign conditions through the morning new migrant interest at the Bill consisted of little more than a handful of
thrushes and a lone
Chiffchaff; one or two other
Chiffchaffs, 3
Reed Buntings, 2
Goldcrests and singles of
Blackcap and
Brambling were also logged there but were all certain or likely lingerers. Four
Red-throated Divers passed by on the sea there.
