25th October

A brighter day but still blustery today. An extensive sea watch at the Bill provided little more than singles of Bonxie and Red-throated Diver of note. The land was hauntingly quiet with two Merlins finding only flocks of Linnets to hunt through as visible passage ground to a halt. The lingering Rosy Starling at Easton and a Black Redstart at Church Ope Cove were all that could be mustered away from the Bill.
