With the blasting and icy easterly still firmly established and gull-chasing preoccupying many observers there were few reports today. The
Ross's Gull did put in a brief appearance at Ferrybridge but the only other news was of 5
Lapwings and the
Grey Heron at the Bill, 3
Shelducks, 2
Common Scoter and a
Brent Goose through on the sea there and the
Blackcap still at Wakeham.
