25th October

At least it didn't rain today although in most other respects the day was a dud with the wind still firmly in the west and still far too strong for enjoyable or meaningful coverage. The East Cliffs Snow Bunting remained on station and Little Gulls were at Chesil Cove (2) and Ferrybridge, with a dead Grey Phalarope also discovered at the latter. Other than that, there was some limited overhead passage of routine finches and a Snipe passed by off the Bill.
